  • The drawing is inscribed in black ink at the bottom with the title "VIEW of the EAST SIDE of SIDNEY COVE, PORT JACKSON; from the ANCHORAGE. The GOVERNOURS HOUSE bearing S.bE.1/2E. & the FLAG STAFF S.E.bE1/4E.".
  • The drawing is unsigned and undated.
  • The drawing is inscribed in pencil at bottom left with the number "16", at top right "15" and on the reverse "25".
