Bird in profile, facing to the right. It is depicted perched on a branch against a plain background. The upper parts of the bird are brown overlaid with black hatched lines, black striations, and pale grey-white spots on the top of the head, back, wings and tail. The underparts are white, with brown striations. The drawing is framed by a pencil border and annotated in ink and pencil.
