hide detailed image description

Mammal, shown as if from above, set diagonally on the sheet with the head towards the lower left corner and the tail towards the upper right. It is depicted as if in flight, with its legs outstretched and the skin at the sides spread out to form a canopy. It is predominantly coloured brown to grey overlaid with black hatched lines, with darker stripes along the spine and sides. The tail has a central spine clearly delineated with fur on either side. A tree branch cuts across the top right corner but the background is otherwise plain. The drawing is framed by a pencil border and annotated in brown ink.
