Directory UPDATED-2002
is the latest draft release (as of 03/31/2002) of the Directory of
Acarologists of the World being prepared for the XIth International Congress of
Acarology, Merida, Mexico, September 8-13, 2002.
This
draft includes data on 1266 acarologists, but is not as comprehensive as it
could be. If you have sent me your
data, can you check this draft
to ensure that I have copied it correctly.
Especially, check email addresses.
If
you have not sent me your data, please do so - I will be accepting additional
data for the Directory and corrections until June 2002.

Directory UPDATED-1992 is the database version of:
Welbourn
C. 1992. Acarologists of the World:
A Directory.
This
monumental compilation included data on nearly 1900 acarologists from 84
countries. The database version of
this volume has had duplicate information with Directory UPDATED-2002 removed,
but still contains information that is incomplete or incorrect or no longer
relevant. The IEC appreciates any help possible in
correcting data in this Directory also, as it will be combined with the
above Directory in June 2002.
