Enjoy a yoga session inspired by the Museum's connections with the natural world, followed by a gong bath and an exclusive visit to a gallery.

Find your zen at the Natural History Museum with a unique vinyasa flow yoga class hosted in collaboration with East of Eden.

Join us under Hintze Hall's magnificent blue whale skeleton for a yoga experience amongst the treasures of the natural world. 

Tune in to your own breathing to energise your body, before moving through a series of ancient yogic movements and poses. 

You will finish the class with the serene, resonating vibrations of a live gong bath - a relaxing and invigorating experience to round off the session.

Both morning and evening classes are suitable for all experience levels.  Please remember to bring your own yoga mat for this event. Entry is via the main entrance on Cromwell Road.

Sunday classes are run in the mornings while Monday classes are in the evening.

This event is for those aged 16 and over.

Bookings are required. No refunds will be given.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the class begins. Entry is via the main entrance on Cromwell Road.

The event will begin promptly and we cannot allow entry more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Following the class, participants will have an opportunity to view the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at no extra cost.

It is your responsibility to determine, through obtaining appropriate medical advice, that you are fit and well to take part in the event. Before commencing any exercise regime, you should consult your doctor.

Guests who are pregnant must advise the teacher and be aware that if they are in the first trimester, they may not be able to take class. This is entirely at the individual teacher’s discretion. If the teacher agrees to you participating in class, this is at your own risk.

Please note that photography and filming may take place during this event and these images may be used for Museum marketing purposes. If you have any concerns about being photographed, please speak to a member of staff at the event.

You may change your booking to an alternative date as long as you inform us at least 30 days before the date of your original booking. Alternative dates are subject to availability and must take place within one year of your original booking. A £10 administration will be charged for each changed ticket.

The Museum reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the activities. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for all guests at all times.
