Support us in protecting the natural world and enjoy an hour-long virtual yoga session brought to you from the iconic Hintze Hall in collaboration with East of Eden. 

The session is suitable for all experience levels and will guide you through the foundations of vinyasa yoga, connecting your mind, body and breath.

    If you are pregnant, please be aware that it is not recommended to practice in the first trimester and that if you have never done yoga, it is not recommended to start in pregnancy, unless it is a specific pre-natal class. If you choose to practise this class, please be aware that it is at your own risk.

    The Museum reserves the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the activities. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for all guests at all times.
