Elevate your night by going VIP at our unforgettable silent disco! Get exclusive access to a private balcony overlooking the dance floor with uninterrupted views of our iconic Hintze Hall. Enjoy a dedicated bar and be first in line to enter the event and use our cloakroom.
If you book VIP tickets, you’ll receive a wristband on arrival. Show your wristband to enter the VIP area and to skip the queue.

Accessibility information
- This event takes place on the Ground Floor and is fully wheelchair accessible.
- An accessible toilet is available at the back of Hintze Hall, under the stairs. We also have a Changing Places toilet in our Blue Zone.
- If you’re unable to wait in queues for long periods, speak to our security staff and they’ll fast track your entry.
- The event space will be relatively dark.
- Lighting is used as part of the event production. These lights occasionally strobe and flash.
- To request a free ticket for a disabled person’s companion call us on +44(0)20 7942 5000 Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00. Tickets are subject to availability.

Visiting information
- The event will begin at 22:00 and we can’t allow entry after 23:30.
- Bookings are required. No refunds will be given.
- If you book VIP tickets, you’ll receive a wristband on arrival that you must show to enter the exclusive area or to skip the queue.
- You may change your booking to an alternative date if you inform us at least 30 days before the date of your original booking. Alternative dates are subject to availability and must take place within one year of your original booking.
- A £10 administration fee will be charged for each changed ticket.
- The event is for adults aged 18 and over. A valid form of ID must be shown at the gate. We operate a Challenge 25 policy.
- We encourage customers to enjoy alcohol responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to customers who are, or appear to be, intoxicated. Tickets won’t be refunded.
- We operate a zero-tolerance policy on drugs.
- There will be a cloakroom available.
- We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to the event as required, such as adjusting the locations, timings or content of the event. This is to ensure that we deliver a safe and excellent experience for all guests at all times.
- Tickets are for personal use only and can't be resold, transferred or used for promotional, commercial or fundraising purposes without the prior written permission from the Museum. Find more ticketing terms.
- Visitors must present a valid ticket at the door.
- Photography and filming may take place during the event, in which you may be identifiable. These images may be used for Museum marketing purposes on the website, social media and printed publicity materials. If you have any concerns about being photographed, speak to a member of staff at the event.
