    Tickets to this event are free and available to members, and Patrons only (and children and guests included in those memberships).  

    Tickets are non-transferrable.

    Free tickets booked outside of what is permitted in your membership type will be cancelled.  

    Please bring your membership or Patrons card with you on the day alongside your ticket.  

    Please note, if you have tickets to the 09.30 time slot last entry will be 09.45 to allow time for the Museum to open to the public.

    We will send an email with more information a few days before to help you prepare for your visit.

    An additional ticket for a carer accompanying a guest with a disability can be requested on +44 (0) 20 7942 5000, Monday to Friday, 09:30-17:30, subject to availability.
