In a world where representation has never been more important, the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) world needs to reflect the diversity of society to attract the next generation of scientists.

Our panellists will discuss their own experiences of studying and working in STEM, why diversity matters, and what organisations need to do to attract talent from all walks of life.

The Great Exhibition Road Festival is a free annual celebration of science and the arts across South Kensington and online from 9-15 October 2021 with online events throughout the year. The festival is a collaboration between organisations on and around Exhibition Road.
