Crochet your own Sophie the Stegosaurus with an online class from TOFT.
In this online workshop you will create your very own Sophie the Stegosaurus in TOFT's luxury British wool.
You will receive everything you need to make your dino, including wool, stuffing, crochet hook, sewing-up accessories and pattern, as well as expert tuition.
During the workshop you will learn how to read a crochet pattern, start and finish each body part and sew them all together.
You will also be taught a selection of skills from the dinosaur special edition of TOFT Quarterly Magazine, which features 15 crochet dinosaur patterns. These patterns range in difficulty from complete beginner to more advanced amigurumi techniques. Participants can purchase this book as an optional extra to learn more about the art of crochet.
As this is an online event, once you have purchased the ticket, you can watch the video at any time.

Natural History in the Making
This event is part of a series of crafting events inspired by the Museum's magnificent history. Join us for the other online events.
We are open!
Entry to the Museum remains free, but since we closed our doors we've been losing vital income. Donations will help us to continue welcoming visitors and connecting people to nature through inspiring stories and educational activities.
So if you could help us with a donation - no matter the size - we'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
