Delight the little ones with this sensory storytelling class at the Museum.
Brought to you by the award-winning Adventure Babies team, take part in a host of activities designed specifically to engage babies and encourage their development.
You and baby will enjoy:
- sensory props
- a magical story about the natural world
- a sing-along session
- messy play without the clean-up
Take this opportunity to socialise as you and the little ones play.
After the event, don't miss the chance to explore the rest of the Museum with a ready-written self-guided tour.

Classes are divided into age groups to ensure that the event is tailored to your little ones. Please select the ticket most suited to your needs.
Class Dates: 9 August, 23 August, 6 September, 20 September, 4 October, 18 October, 1 November, 15 November and 29 November.
Baby - pre-crawlers
This class is suitable for babies from birth up to about one year old. This group is for our littlest babies who are just crawling or not yet moving much and yet to find their feet.
Early afternoon: 12.45-13.30
Late afternoon: 15.15-16.00
Little ones up to four
This is our most mobile class, all ages are welcome up to four years old. This group is particularly well suited for sibling groups or friends with different age children that want to attend a class together.
Morning class: 10.15-11.00
