Our hire charges
- All prices listed here are for 18.00 to midnight. For costs for additional hours up to 03.00 in the morning, please fill in the enquiry form.
- Venues are available to book seven days a week.
- We are a ‘dry hire’ venue. This means you are hiring the space only, without extras like catering, decorations or production (sound and lighting). For these things, you can choose from our approved suppliers – download the supplier list.
- Room hire is exempt from VAT.
- The pricing below is for guidance only. There may be additional costs, such as furniture and draping for Hintze Hall events.
Supplier costs
As we are a dry hire venue, you’ll need to work with our approved suppliers to create your event.
Please contact our suppliers for costs for catering, production (lighting and sound) and décor/floristry.
