One side is accounts from investments etc. Includes the following: - Atlantic and Great Western Railway with capital and dividends, stocks in other railways, stocks in Gravel, stocks in Tankerville, accounts in the Cooperative Society. Also includes expenses such as house rent, furnishings, furniture, clothes, bills, rates for various places and also Nutwod Cottage in Godalming. The other side has a list of addresses alphabetically, and further lists of addresses for sending copies of his books such as Malay Archipelago, Natural Selection, Geographical Distribution. In case with number and "Addresses & Investment Book" on spine and front cover.
