6000 Lates | Natural History Museum

The Museum comes alive at night.

At Lates, see the world-famous collection - from billion-year-old meteorites to dinosaurs and mammals - and relax with fabulous food and drink. Meet Museum scientists at pop-up science stations and enjoy the exhibitions by night.

Join us at Lates on the last Friday of every month, except December. Museum entry is free but you need tickets for some activities and exhibitions.

This month at Lates

Come and explore the inherent human impulses, feelings and desires that make up the seven deadly sins. You'll discover whether this group of vices conceived by humans to steer us towards righteous behaviour can be found in the animal kingdom.

Join primate expert Zanna Clay to discover what chimpanzees and bonobos can tell us about human society at the Sinful Primates? talk, and take an in-depth look at each of the sins with our scientists at pop-up science stations throughout the Museum.

Fabulous food and drinks

Find fantastic hot meals in The Kitchen and enjoy cocktails, Prosecco, red and white wine, pale ale, lager and soft drinks and snacks at all the bars.

Book tickets to visit Wildlife Photographer of the Year at Lates.
