Step-free access to the Ice Rink

To get to the Ice Rink from street level, you can use the ramp from the corner of Exhibition Road and Cromwell Road, or the ramp near the main Museum entrance on Cromwell Road.

You can also reach the Ice Rink using the stairs from the underground tunnel that links the Museum to South Kensington Underground Station, but there is no ramp from the underground tunnel to the Ice Rink.

There is a lift to the Café Bar and viewing platform from ground level. Please note, for health and safety reasons we can accommodate four wheelchairs in the Café Bar at a time.

We run a number of sessions for wheelchair users throughout the season. Visit our Bookings page for further information.

Safety at the Ice Rink
