The Museum is open every day, including Sundays and bank holidays, but closed 24 - 26 December.

The Museum's step-free entrance is on Exhibition Road via the Bronze Gate.

Until autumn 2013, the Red Zone's Power Within gallery, with its earthquake simulator and volcano room, is closed for refurbishment.

Visiting Tring?
We're open Monday to Saturday 10.00-17.00 and Sunday 14.00-1700. Go to our Tring website.

For your security, most areas of the Museum are protected by CCTV.

On entry to the Museum your bags and other personal items will be inspected. We advise you not to bring any sharp objects such as metal knives, forks, scissors, etc. to the Museum, as they may be confiscated.
