PhD opportunity: Popocatépetl Volcano, Mexico

We are offering a studentship entitled: Mineral isotope study of the major explosive eruptions of the last 14ka at Popocatepetl Volcano (Mexico): Insights into the plumbing system.

The application deadline is 31 January 2014.

This project is funded through competitive earth science and engineering departmental scholarships.

Only EU/UK students are eligible for this studentship. Applicants should have at least an upper second class degree, preferably a first.
