I beg to certify that Mr. Alfred R Wallace of Waldron Edge, Duppas Hill Croydon has been associated with me in the control and management of workmen and that he in eminently qualifies to fill our office demanding princess uniffled judiciousoly with Kindness

Able to command obedience without any harshness; self possesed in since of difficulty; and always courteous and kind with and any approach to weakness I have the greatest pleasure and confidence in testifying to his being fully qualified for a position of trust and authority
