Dear Sir,

In reply to your letter on Dec[ember]. 31st. 1905.

We are sorry to find that by an oversight the [1 word illeg.] have not been sent to you up to June 30th and we enclose the same herewith, showing a balance of £93-0-1 in your favour.

A cheque for this shall be drawn and sent you at our next Board Meeting, next week, and we have made a note to always a/c. before or on September 30th each [[2]] year.
