Manuscript notebook, opened at both ends. On the covers is written "Insect Notes" and "Birds and [?]animals". Content includes lists of insects, birds and other animals from the Malay Archipelago, localities where collected and lists of those sent to buyers including accounts. Pages are dated from 1855 to 1860. Kept together with WCP4767 in one Solander box incorrectly titled Ms Notebook 1855-58.
