Broadstone, Wimborne

Feb[ruar]y 21st 1908

Thomas Barbour Esq.[uire]1

Dear Sir

Thanks for sending me news of the Mr. Duivenboden whom I knew as quite a young man-- and also of my "boy" Ali2 -- a photograph of whom would have been more interesting to me than those of the men of Dorey, who are pretty nearly as I left them 50 years ago.

Again thanking you.

Yours very truly | Alfred R. Wallace [signature]
