Sir J. D. Hooker

I will certainly get you out a list in the course of next week, of such as seem to come fairly within Mr Wallace's requirements. I will append to them a few notes or remarks as aids. The only genera one dreads are Rubus and Hieracium.

I shall not notice [[2]] hybrids of British plants.

You can check the list, here and there to see how it corresponds with books.

Yours sincerely, | Arth Bennett. [signature]

Sir J. D. Hooker
