Pseudopolydora

Prostomium narrow, anteriorly rounded to bifid. Setiger 1 without or with notosetae. Setiger 5 not distinctly enlarged, notoodia and neuropodia developed, major spines J or U shaped in a double row. Branchiae start posterior to Setiger 6. Bidentate hooks from setiger 8.
