Role in the project

My role in the project is to produce taxonomic revisions of selected groups of Solanum, database collections for the PBI: Solanum, produce molecular phylogenetic hypotheses for the potato clade, and conduct field work in the Neotropics. A taxonomic revision of Solanum section Herpystichum, a small group of Neotropical vines, is currently underway.
