KNOWN BUGS Please report any bugs to marw@nhm.ac.uk It would help to include the relevant files and any information on the analytical options selected. REDCON 3.0 ----------- MAY 2001 The programs MAJORITY and REDBOOT may behave erratically when the input trees include large numbers numerically non-redundant n-taxon statements. Errors will be apparent in that the programs will report finding no n-taxon statements. This problem is related to the complexity of majority-rule RCC profiles and is not likely to be fixed or addressed in the near future. Thanks to Joe Thorley and Sergio Stefani for the bug report ----------
