Indeterminate (spine-based taxon).
Remarks

Because the species is based on a spine and no tests are known with this form of spine are known, the taxon cannot meaningfully be compared. Vadet (2000) speculatively assigned test fragments to this species but none are associated with spines.

Zardini (1976) provides the most thorough description and illustration of the type species.
