Diagnostic Features
  • Test cordate with strong anterior sulcus. In profile peaked towards apex and depressed posteriorly.
  • Apical disc structure uncertain. Positioned 36% test length from anterior.
  • Anterior ambulacrum narrow and sunken; pore-pairs small, simple isopores.
  • Other ambulacra forming long, narrow, sunken petals, the anterior pair widely divergent.
  • Periproct, peristome and oral surface unknown.
  • Well-developed peripetalous faciole; indented in paired interambulacra.

Remarks

Only a single specimen of this taxon exists and nothing is known of its oral surface. It has recently been redescribed by Kier (1984).
