Diagnostic Features	Test cordate with strong anterior sulcus. In profile peaked towards apex and depressed posteriorly. Apical disc structure uncertain. Positioned 36% test length from anterior. Anterior ambulacrum narrow and sunken; pore-pairs small, simple isopores. Other ambulacra forming long, narrow, sunken petals, the anterior pair widely divergent. Periproct, peristome and oral surface unknown. Well-developed peripetalous faciole; indented in paired interambulacra.
Distribution	Eocene, Cuba.

Classification and/or Status	Spatangoida, Micrasterina, Brissidae. Subjective junior synonym of Schizobrissus Pomel, 1869
