Grammechinus Duncan & Sladen, 1885, p. 82

Diagnostic Features	Test thin-shelled, depressed, incurved towards the peristome. Ambulacra trigeminate with pore-pairs in regular triads; ambulacral plates with 1-3 tubercles Intermbulacral plates very broad, carrying 1-8 tubercles, the number diminishing towards the apex; secondarytubercles above and below the primaries forming ridges. Sutures depressed Tubercles non-perforate and non-crenulate;
