  • ambulacral plates compound in the echinoid style (lowest element dominant);
  • peristome margin with sharp and prominent buccal notches;
  • tubercles imperforate and non-crenulate;
  • lantern camarodont, with keeled teeth and epiphyses united above foramen magnum;
