Regression lines were drawn to discover if there was a linear relationship between sediment depth (cm) and nematode wet weight (mg). The 106-site samples (red lines) produced a strong relationship of increasing wet (mg) weight with sediment depth (cm). This pattern was not observed in the reference site samples (blue lines).
