About us
The skull of one of the most complete skeletons of Iguanodon atherfieldensis discovered in the British Isles. It was collected by R.W. Hardy in 1917 in the shales on the Isle of Wight and dates back 140 -100 million years.
The Palaeontology Department has a thriving staff of researchers, curators and support personnel. They're engaged in a wide variety of scientific research and commercial projects that focus on the study of fossils through time.
