As a research visitor you are able to borrow zoology specimens if you are in a permanent position at a research institution and have been approved as a borrower.

Zoology collection research loans
The approved borrower application form requires the signature from your own Head of Department so please allow enough time to complete the paper work as the loan cannot be issued until this process is complete.
There is a heavy demand for loans from our collections so please be aware that there may be a wait of 1-3 months before we are able to process your request and build this in to planning your research project.
