Conodont collection

The Palaeontology Department’s collection of conodonts has a British Silurian and Carboniferous bias. In recent years, staff collecting activities have expanded it to include non-UK material from the Ordovician to Devonian.

The collection also contains material resulting from consultancy projects on thermal alteration and biostratigraphy.
