Summary

My research focuses on the use of micro-computed tomography in the study of extraterrestrial material, including a variety of meteorites, as well as NASA Apollo samples. I am interested in how this non-destructive technique can be applied to provide new insights into the processes of the early Solar System through 3D imaging in conjunction with scanning electron microscopy and other techniques. As Curator of Meteorites, I ensure responsible use of the meteorite collection by facilitating loans, hosting scientific visitors, supporting exhibitions, answering enquiries and representing the Museum through public engagement.
