Hitachi H-7100 TEM
Transmission electron microscopy
Technique: transmission electron microscopy
Image output: 8-bit and 16-bit TIFFs up to 2672x2672 pixels
The Hitachi H-7100 transmission electron microscope (TEM) combines high image contrast with high resolving power, and is designed to prevent beam damage to delicate or sensitive specimens.
The Hitachi H-7100 has a wide range of automated features, allowing for the swift examination of specimens. Its multiple specimen holder allows three grids to be introduced into the column at one time. The tilt-azimuth holder is used for examining features where orientation is important.
A digital camera allows real-time visualisation of the s 0D90 ample as well as digital image capture and output.
