Diagnostic Features
  • Profile low domal.
  • Apical disc dicyclic; genital plates large, periproct relatively small, subcircular; all plates with epistromal ornament.
  • Ambulacral plating trigeminate. Pore-pairs arranged in near vertical arcs forming a single adradial line. One primary tubercle to each compound plate.
  • Interambulacral plates with a small central primary tubercle. Smaller secondary tubercles on either side below the ambitus. Primary tubercles linked by a vertical ridge in each column.
  • Primary tubercles imperforate and non-crenulate.
  • All plates ornamented by a rather coarse radial epistroma.
  • Peristomial small, more or less flush, with feeble buccal notches.
  • Spines and lantern unknown.
