Fletcher & Nye (1984) stated:-

Aeschremon was transferred from the Pyralidae Pyraustinae to the Pyralidae Odontiinae by Munroe, 1961, Can. Ent. (Suppl.) 24: 5.

T. disparalis is dated from the wrappers of the parts, not from the title-pages of the volumes.

Shaffer (pers. comm.) treats AESCHREMON in the CRAMBIDAE: ODONTIINAE.
