Fletcher (1979) stated:-

T. plusiaria was attributed to Rambur by Boisduval.

Parsons et al. (1999, in Scoble) treat AGLOSSOCHLORIS Prout, 1912; ANTONECHLORIS |Raineri, 1994; and EUCHLORIS Hübner, 1823 as junior synoynms of THETIDIA Boisduval, 1840.

Parsons et al. (1999) included 25 species and 7 subspecies (inc. nominates) in the genus THETIDIA.
