Notes:
Nye (1975) stated:-

S. nasutaria was described as a new species by Zeller for the misidentification Doryodes acutalis Walker, [1859] 1858, List Specimens lepid. Insects Colln Br. Mus. 16: 73. Walker proposed acutalis as an emendation of Ligia acutaria Herrich-Schäffer, 1852, but because of the misidentification acutalis Walker has at times been incorrectly used for nasutaria Zeller.

S. nasutaria Zeller, 1872 [December], is a junior subjective synonym of Phyprosopus callitrichoides Grote, 1872 September.

Poole (1989) included SUDARIOPHORA Zeller, 1872; and PHIPROSOPUS Dyar, 1893 as junior synonyms of PHYPROSOPUS Grote, 1872.
