Pitkin (2002) included Hemioplisis Herrich-Schäffer, 1855; Comibaena Herrich-Schäffer, 1855; Drepanodes Guenée, [1858]; Halesa Walker, 1860; Astatomorpha Warren, 1894; and Porona Schaus, 1901 as junior synonyms of Patalene Herrich-Schäffer, [1854] 1
