Notes:
Fletcher (1979) stated:-

P. jocosa is the only species that appears ever to have been included in Platisodes. It was included doubtfully by Warren, but a positive combination was published by Hampson, 1898, J. Bombay nat. Hist. Soc. 12: 86.

(1999, in Scoble) included BRACHYCOLA Warren, 1897; and CONCHOCOMETA Warren, 1895; CRYPSIPLOCIA Warren, 1902; EMMESURA Warren, 1898; EREMOCENTRA Warren, 1903; HETEREPHYRA Warren, 1895; PHRISSOSCELES Warren, 1896; PLATISODES Warren, 1896; PLOCUCHA Warren, 1896; STIBAROSTOMA Warren, 1896; TRIRACHOPODA Hampson, 1893; and XENOPRORA Warren, 1897 as junior synonyms of PERIXERA Meyrick, 1886.
