Nye & Fletcher (1991) stated:-

On page 15, in the key, Heliozela was attributed to Hübner and on page 56, in the diagnosis, it was attributed to Zeller; each was an incorrect authorship. When Heliozela was again used by Herrich-Schüffer, 1855, ibidem 5: 315, four nominal species were included in the genus.
