Notes:
Nye (1975) stated:-

In addition to B. castalia, Butler on page 292 refered to Calliodes Guenée, 1852, and correctly stated that it 'was founded for the reception of two species, an African and an Australian.' Butler then differentiated the Australian species C. orbigera Guenée from the African C. appollina Guenée and continued 'I would, therefore, propose the name Eucyclomma for the Australian forms.' The, originally included species in the genus must. therefore be Calliodes orbigera Guenée, 1852, as well as Bombyx castalia Fabricius, 1793, included by Butler on page 293.

Poole (1989) included EUCYCLOMMA Butler, 1893 as a junior synonym of DONUCA Walker, 1865.
