Help with a skull identification (bison or other?)

Hello, I live in australia and I'm wanting to buy this skull off of eBay. The seller says it is a plains bison skull. But being the ever skeptic that I am I just want to make sure, especially as it seems to be narrower than bison skulls I see on the Internet. This is the only photo I have of it so hard to tell if the horns are growing sideways or forward, I've mailed the guy so hopefully I'll find out where he got it from and which way the horns face. He says it is about 35 inches the skull and 15 inches the horns so not sure if this is a normal bison sized skull. Any help is extremely appreciated!

personally... that looks like someone has taken the outer part of a bison's horns and kind of stuck them on an average cow skull, they don't seem to fit the skull at all? i dunno whether the sale's ended or whether you bought it but i think this is just a cow skull.
