Seen at Rainham Marshes over the past few days. Not Mint Beetles but what are they please?
I take it by mint beetle, you mean Chrysolina coerulans (C. herbacea being green) -
How about Altica lythri?
It is very common in southern Britain, eg. Essex.
But Great Willowherb (Epilobium hirsutum) would need to be nearby.
That's just a suggestion, as ID to species level can be difficult without dissection.
