Ice Age bone on beach

Hi,

Can anyone identify what animal this bone is from please? It appears to be the end of a shoulder-blade. It was found embedded in hard "clay" on a beach in Kent at very low tide. It is likely to be from the Ice Age as a mammoth tooth was found about 30 yards away a couple of years ago. The scale bar is marked in centimetres. Many thanks,

Peter
