I found this bug in out bathroom flying around. I feel the wings would be described as feather like. It is smaller than a grain of rice. I think it looks like a shrimp or grasshopper but clearly its not either of these. It seems to be brown and tan, or yellow and brown in color. It is capable of flying and when not flying the wings are flush with the body. I hope my photos are good and helpful. Oh and it was 80 degrees today, was in the 60's last week. It's is normally humid although it has seemed dry recently on some days. Thank you for any help.
No - it is not a plume moth (Pterophoridae).
It is one of the large number of micro moths. I may be able to suggest a family; I have to check some things; I'll update this post if I succeed.
Update: family possibly Autostichidae, but there are other possibilities.
