Household bug identification

Hi folks,

I need you help to identify this little guy. Here's some more description.

Color : beige with brown strips and some transparent parts

Size : from 4mm to 10 mm for adults

Location : Québec, Canada.

To be more precise, it cannot fly and it runs very fast. Those bugs have been seen mostly after 10 PM. They use to stay in specified area, in my case the bathroom, but I've seen them almost everywhere. They are not very numoreous, I'll say that I see 2 or 3 of them a day. They use to stay in the floor. Also, I dont think humidity or special conditions may affect their presents because its mostly clean. Af first glance I thought it was silverfish, but the color doesn't fit. Please help me.

Thanks for your help.

The specimen in your photo has lost most of its antennae, I think, and the back end of its body so it's hard to ID. I wonder if it's a springtail - can they jump - but I really don't know. Can you get a better photo?
