Would be really gratefull of any help on what this spider is that came out of our grapes purchased earlier today in Tesco (sorry cant find country of origin of the grapes on any of the packaging) and whether it's harmless.
Don't know if this is a spider native to this country that just happened to get into the packaging in store or if it's come on a longer journey? It's still alive and currently shut in a plastic tub in our kitchen and if it is a 'foreign' spider if anyone knows what the best thing to do with it is that would be great too, as I don't want to kill it but have no idea what to do with it!
Yep, as a jaguarondi says a young sparassid spider by the looks of it. These are not usually associated with grape imports but more usually other fruits. This is not a highly venomous group of spiders and several species are frequent stowaways from warmer climates than ours. If you email me at firstname.lastname@example.org I wil be able to provide options for what to do next.
