I don't know if anyone can advise on identification of Plume Moths.
A brassy brown plume moth. Distinct white patch on rear end of thorax (as in Goldenrod Plume - Platyptilla calodactyla), however wingtips appear more hooked with pronounced lobes (as per Rose Plume - Cnaemidophorus rhodactyla) . Pronounced abdominal 'bulge' at tip. Some white on knees. Size 20mm wing tip to tip, head to abdomen 9mm. I've attached some pictures, one with a Common Plume (Emmelina monodactyla) and Ragwort flower.
Attracted to light (house light not trap) in Rhyl, North Wales.
